Renter’s Information

Leases: All leases are 12 months. No short term leases.
No-smoking and No-vaping: The building and apartments are all no-smoking and no-vaping.
Rent: Tenants are responsible for their electric and water bill. Sewer and trash are included in the rent.
Laundry: There are four laundry rooms in the main building located on two separate levels.
Storage: Storage units are available to rent for an additional monthly fee.
Pets/Animals: Some apartment units in the building are allowed to have pets, but not all of them. Please check each apartment’s listing to see if they are pet friendly. A cat and/or dog only. Limit two pets total. Pets must be housebroken (not pad trained). Dogs must be under 24 lbs. with additional breed restrictions. Additional one time non-refundable pet application fee ($200), deposit ($250), and monthly pet rent ($55) apply per pet. Preapproval is required before bringing a pet/animal into an apartment.
